Variable Speed Limit Signs are designed to be highly visible in any condition. Our PLC and external protocol interfacing enables these signs to work with a full range of management systems, allowing instantaneous communication and updates reflecting the changing traffic conditions.
Our variable Speed Limit Signs ( VSLS) are considered to be " clear and concise" and deliver accurate speed information to motorists. Crystal clear during the day, and nice and visible at night, - not too bright, our VSLS are available for stand alone pole mounted, or gantry mounted applications. VSLS are available in either J1 or RTA Protocols for " plug and play into various control options - ( Streams, ITS Manager, Meridian etc ) up to 8 x signs can be managed by the J1 Gantry Controller.
